Comfort Inn Columbia Gorge

This hotel is a great value! A lot of care is taken in providing guests with a positive experience. The breakfast was tasty with many options. The rooms were very clean, quiet with everything you might need. My husband travels a lot for his work and he was very happy with our night here. We will stay here again

My girlfriend and I stayed there on new years eve. Not many people there. They were so kind and sweet. Made our stay nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Breakfast was yummy. Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Check out was at 11am but they let us check out at noon very generous. Will stay here again in the future.

BED BUGS! Stay aware of this hotel, after we checked into the room we were greeted by little bed bugs running on the pillows. It was difficult to get a picture with the dim lighting of the room and how small they were but steer clear of this hotel. We are still awaiting cancellation from the manager, the front desk could not help us without a manager’s approval, so just beware if you stay here. 4 weeks ago another guest left reviews that they suffered bed bug bites and it doesn’t appear the hotel has done anything to mitigate this problem. I wish I could have uploaded a video so y’all could see them crawling on the beds clearly.

Positive: Very comfortable bed--I slept very well!! Negative: I thinking odd there is no elevator. But the front desk person changed my room to the first floor, so that helped tremendously!! Thank you!!

Had bed bugs in my room. So was moved to another room. Was not offered any compensation for all the bug bites that my workers and I had to deal with. Just a oh we are so sorry. So I would not recommend this for any future stays.
