Travelodge by Wyndham North Platte

Clean friendly hotel. Beds were comfortable and the water was hot! We were on the 3rd floor and thankfully there was an elevator for this weary old traveler. Staff was very polite and friendly. The lobby was bright and welcoming.|Only issues were that the double lights between the beds did not work and there was no in-room coffee maker.

This place was nasty. First room we got, which was at 11pm with two little kids, had pee and all over the toilet and there was popcorn all over the floor and the window and screen wide open. Felt like it wasn’t cleaned, the guy at the front was able to move us but even the second one we found nasty toenails by the window. Definitely not a clean place. This place was not my choice and definitely will never be again.

This used to be a favorite stop for us as we traveled to visit family…no more! While staff was still friendly and beds were comfortable the carpets in the room and in the. Hallways were filthy. There was no Kleenex and when we asked for some they could not find any on the property. The towels were so thin they were almost see through and when I asked for a paper receipt the next morning the gal at the desk could not figure out how to get it to print…said there was something odd and she had only been working there for two weeks so watching my credit card closely at this point. This was our last stay here…spend a little extra and get the included breakfast somewhere else…one can go too cheap and we definitely did at this property!

Perfectly satisfactory experience. Room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, clean, and best of all, free from strong chemical scents or perfumes! 🙌🏼 My only (minor) complaint is that prices were slightly higher than listed online, and after registration the young man at the front desk was unable to add this stay to my Wyndham account. Otherwise, happy with my stay.
