Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

I had a great experience at this hotel! Staff was very nice, professional and helpful! I would have given the room 5 stars had it not smelled faintly like smoke, but all in all it was a nice hotel to stay at! Comfortable, convenient location and free hot breakfast! Definitely recommend!

We came in around 9pm looking for a room for the night after a long drive. They were happy to assist us. Got a reasonable price (about $130 including pet fee). The room was spacious, clean, modern, and bright. The heat was responsive. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The bed linens were very clearly fresh and smelled great. 4 pillows provided per bed! Room had a fridge and microwave. Lots of getting ready space. Water pressure was good. Tap water tasted good. Breakfast was fantastic! Seriously, the best hotel breakfast experience we've had. They struck the right balance between providing choice but not overwhelming you. Each day has a different menu, which is displayed on a cute board. The food was all well prepared and fresh. Eggs were fluffy. Corned beef hash was well seasoned

This property is lovely and well maintained. It is easily accessible off the highway, and sits next to a farm equipment dealer and a fantastic military memorial. (I highly recommend enjoying this at sunset. It's spectacular to see how the waning light reflects off the brickwork). This hotel offers large, spacious rooms, a sundry shop, pool with hot tub, workout center and FREE hot breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower worked well. But the A/C unit? A 747 would have been quieter!! If you turned it off, you were incredibly hot. By leaving it on, sleeping was impossible. The toilet stopped flushing. It was a mess. The breakfast was better than most: eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cereals. Great location, it just needs some minor adjustments.

Had a short, but very good stay overnight. We came in late and they very kindly upgraded our room. It was quiet and clean. But the most amazing thing is the breakfast! It's actually fresh and hot. Totally edible. And the coffee...best hotel coffee ever. We usually have to stop somewhere else for breakfast so very happy and surprised. Would absolutely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised. I don't normally stay at Best Western because normally I don't feel the beds are the best, but this one had very plush, comfortable beds. I was upgrading to a superior room with a king and a queen bed in the same. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Everything was working in my room and it was quiet on my floor. The staff was polite and helpful. I had accidentally made my reservation for the following day and they were more than helpful to make the move to tonight. Maybe because I had actually overpaid for a Thursday night. But I was happy for the accommodation as my room was non-refundable. The morning stuff was just as pleasant and breakfast smelled incredible though I don't eat it. My husband was drooling as we left the hotel but helped himself to orange
