Husker Inn

All I can say is Wow!! This hotel raises the bar for everyone in all areas. When I walked in, I was met with a smiling face and friendly greeting. We made small talk, and I certainly felt comfortable. This associate I believe is the owner or general manager “Yoon” and he definitely went above and beyond anything I expected. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but still valued my time. He personally walked me to my room to ensure I got in OK and that everything was to my liking. I really thought that was a nice touch and overlooked in this day and age. The rooms were immaculate and well dressed for my stay. The area in general was extremely safe and had a small town feel to it. Even though it wasn’t my original plan and was considerably out of the area, I would be the next day. I booked this

Positive: We got in very late on Christmas night but they were still waiting up for us and very nice! This a very clean motel with very helpful staff. I would recommend it for a quick one night stay like we did or several nights. The value you get is exceptional! Negative: No

We were greeted by the front desk warmly. The attendant walked us to the room and thanked us for the stay. Room is clean but not fancy. Great water pressure in the shower and fluffy towels. Close to downtown to nice restaurants. Nice big muffins for breakfast.

Every year, I stay at ~25 different motels/hotels/airbnbs across the country and this was one of my favorite stays I’ve ever had. I was here 2 nights and my room was perfect for a solo traveler- clean, cozy, and well furnished. Some highlights: the rocking chair and side table were seriously awesome, the mounted tv with accessible hdmi was great, strong wifi, the sheer abundance of outlets is unheard of, fluffy towels, big fridge, plenty of table/counter space, coat hangers- all the little conveniences that prove this motel cares about their customer’s comfort. Speaking of which, I chatted with the owner at length and we had a fun little conversation. He’s super friendly, polite and professional. Super affordable and comfortable place to stay in North Platte. Good customer service at the front desk. The bed was softer than I usually prefer, but unlike other hotel stays on this trip, I woke up with no back pain. Very pleased with my visit :)
