Travelodge by Wyndham Lakeland

Excellent hotel for a quick trip. When you first enter it smells very fresh and clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their space. Our room was great and it was quiet within the hotel. The only noise was from the busy road that they sit on. My only reason for 4/5 stars is the water pressure was really bad. All in all I would say this hotel is great and it really is right in the middle between Tampa and Orlando. We were able to travel to both cities.

My experience at Travelodge is amazing. The staff are so kind of sweet. Coffee is very strong and will wake you up if that's what type of coffee you need. I like that they have hot cocoa and tea down there as well to make and they have two different types of sweeteners that you would like Splenda and her sugar cane if that's something you want in a different creamers as well

The hotel was clean and with balconies. I liked that you need your room keycard to get into the building. The room was spacious and plenty of storage options along with a safe. I personally loved there was no carpet. The only flaw was that you can hear people in the hallway or opening/closing doors. Very convenient location. Also there is an IHop next door.

Beware!!! * This place is infested with BED bugs!! And It is a shame you can buy /alter reviews in google brcause I trusted the reviews coming from out of town and not knowing the area or this hotel when I booked. I checked in, the girl at the desk was super helpful and very kind. I went to my room around 930pm. Immediately upon opening the entrance doors I smelled Marijuana. I walked to my room, set my stuff down, used the facilities and went to lay on the bed for 10 minutes before my shower. When I pulled back the sheets there were BUGS 🐛 🤢!!! I looked at the other bed, quickly pulled back those sheets to look for more, then went and grabbed my camera. I took a picture of the bugs as they scattered. I rapidly picked up my bags and ran out of there. I told the young lady at the desk said

The room is very clean and nice. However, the door for the room is extremely hard to close and the hallways smell horrible, while walking to the room. In addition to this, while calling to inquire about rooms, I was hung up on while asking a question. It seems to me it was done maliciously, however, his intent is unknown. The best thing about this hotel, is that it is relatively quiet. Good for a simple stop or vacation around the area.
