Best Western Plus Lakeland

We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Lakeland. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the stay easy and stress free. Breakfast was well stocked with good options, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. For the price, the value was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lakeland.

Positive: Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Negative: I can't think of anything negative from this trip. The hotel was wonderful.

The checkin process was smooth and Ms. Vernice was extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom floor was not spotless, especially in corners but was okay. Our only complaint was that we slept in and went to breakfast at 9 o’clock only to find it locked up tight and cleaned already. There were signs giving the breakfast hours as 6-9 am, but since most hotels served breakfast till 10, we didn’t notice. So lesson learned. Also, the hotel is near train tracks and many train whistles woke us. (I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it is a factor.)

Great service, nice hotel and clean. The only thing I could mention is that if you are a light sleeper, you will most likely get woken up by the sound of trains which don't seem to be far away. Also, depending on your preference, the beds a very hard and very high off the floor. Overall a good stay. We were here just one night

I stayed for one night on 10/24/25. This hotel was a perfect stopping point after a long day of travel. Due to unforeseen circumstance I didn't arrive until 1am and the front desk attendant was very helpful and courteous. I even called ahead and he was super professional and informative. In the morning the hotel breakfast was adequately stocked with plenty of options. The front desk attendant, Vernice, was upbeat and exhibited exemplary customer service.. and helped set the tone of having a good day. If I find myself with similar travels I would consider staying in this hotel with no hesitation. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
