Travelodge by Wyndham Knoxville East

Hotel was quite disgusting. Air/Heat unit had parts missing, dirt all over the floor, walls in terrible condition, shower head leaking, fridge/freezer frozen over, chairs had awful stains on it, sheets and blankets had cigarette burns all over them, the chair at the desk was not in good condition and wobbly. Not to mention the lack of ice machines anywhere on the property, I had to go and purchase my own ice for my drinks. I had to go and request another room, as my original room had cockroaches coming out of the electrical outlits. The lobby itself wasn't open either - all they had was the overnight check in open. The following amenities were listed upon booking, but were not offered by staff: coffee/tea maker, daily housekeeping, flat screen televisions. I do not recommend this hotel to

Great place to stay with excellent staff!I would give 10 stars if possible! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome! Rooms are always clean and comfortable!

Worse place I’ve ever stayed!!! So I’m laying in bed and I see… a bug crawling on my pillow. Then I call up the desk and they tell me… ohh it’s rained a lot. Then I see four more. I called and they did change my room but the next morning I got up to take shower and in new room… no towels wash clothes. So I called front desk. She told me I would have to come up to desk and get them. And screamed at me when I said, you know there should be towels in a room you pay 70.00 for. Screamed at me. Never again and I’m telling everyone I know!

Positive: Nothing, I think I was scammed. This stay shouldn’t pass for --- dollars a night. Negative: State of furniture, deplorable. Towels with stainsDirty floor (got a layer of dirtiness on my feet just walking from the room bed to the shower, a black widow spider appeared on the floor).Rough and cheap paper quality tissues, TV, no guide etc.

Service was terrible, rooms were dirty with baby roaches, heat does not work. All around very dirty and terrible service. I advise you to look elsewhere. There are cigarette burns in everything. A true disaster! Don’t spend your money here!
