Travelodge by Wyndham Arlington/Dallas Area

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when in the area. Room was clean, spacious with a clean bed and four pillows so it is easy to get comfortable. Nice bathroom…good shower head and built in hairdryer. Fridge in room, but no microwave…there is a microwave in the lobby though. Free coffee in the morning is nice, especially since this is a budget minded hotel. Overall, a good experience for the price. Finally, a great location…Walmart is across the street and plenty of restaurants around. Close to I20 as well so very easy to get around. Best thing is this hotel is super quiet overnight…best hotel sleep I’ve had in some time.

Positive: It was quiet Negative: Reservations were made and requested a Hanid-Cap room. The room was very sparse but the one thing that upset me was the Handi-Cap room did not have a walk in shower.At 79 I am concerned about stepping into a tub.

Someone accessed our room while we were out for the day. When we told the management they got super defensive to the point that he immediately became suspect. While trying to defend his position, he made sure to tell me that he finds valuable things in people rooms all the time but doesn't take them. ||I never once said anything was missing from my room, only that someone had been in it. ||Don't trust this property with your belongings or your privacy. It is not worth the small savings.

I came here 2 days ago and I just ask one of the workers in the respectful way, when do room service comes in because usually some does it very 2 or 3 days. He got a very nasty attitude with me and I understand stood they don’t do room service but ever 3 days because I know every motel ain’t the same. I paid almost 3 hundred to stay 4 days. I didn’t ask for them to clean my room, I just wanted to know when. He shouldn’t work at a front desk if he don’t have communication skills with people that’s spending money on they motel. In my heart I felt he was racist. I had to ask him why he got so loud and mean with me when I asked him a simple question. People are so rude and you giving them business. I stay in my room to myself everyday. They don’t see me. I just got to say the man that working

Definitely don’t bring your kids here! I spent over $100 for one night at this place and literally found drugs on my bedroom floor that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed for months. I asked for a refund And was told that wouldn’t happen. Unless you’re looking to have a sketchy night, find somewhere else to stay.
