Comfort Suites Arlington - Entertainment District

This was a very nice hotel! The reason for my review was due to the breakfast. That was one of the worst I have ever seen at a hotel. The only thing they had were waffles. The eggs - at least I think they were eggs - cold and horrible. Not enough to feed 3 guests. This was at 6:00 am and no one was in there except me and my husband. Coffee - cold- biscuits the next day- cold and hard. We went out to eat instead!

The hotel was spotless in all areas. The room was spacious and comfortable. The new owners were amazing and their customer service was top notch. This will now be our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Arlington. The hidden charm of this location is there is a Papsito's next door. Highly recommend staying here

Wow. We traveled from out of state for a Dallas Cowboy game, picking this part of Dallas due to convenience. It was a bad choice! The hotel is super, super grungy. Multiple carpet stains in the hallways, hotel rooms, patched and repainted holes in the hotel walls, etc. Even the elevator had the metal box hanging off the elevator wall~the first day it was duct taped on, the second day it was just dangling. I understand that hotels charge more for popular events, but charging over $200 a night for this place is criminal. That said, I'm only writing the review because upon check in I was told that the hotel needed to charge my card for incidentals, which is typical, and the amount would be refunded upon checkout. Great location next to ATT stadium. Staff was friendly and room was pristine. Sheets smelled freshly laundered. Comfy beds. If noises bother you it was a little loud close to highway but didn't keep me up. The room was a little dated, but overall great place to stay. Would def stay again.

In the past 10 years we have spent hundreds of evenings in hotels and this by far is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed. The traffic noise is constant, so much so the the television volume struggles to overcome it. Spent last night with a pillow over my head. My wife went downstairs to workout and the fitness area...closed. The pool is also closed. Long day yesterday and went to take a hot shower, nope. Water did increase a few degrees above body temperature which would feel pretty good if I were a lizard. Going down in a few minutes for breakfast and will ask about switching rooms, not exactly the peace and quiet you want in a room. Will update after breakfast.
