Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington

My wife and I stayed at the Arlington Drury for medical reasons however that medical trip turned into a surprisingly outstanding stay-unexpected positive vacation only due to the OUTSTANDING STAFF AND THE HOTELS FACILITIES. My wife & I were treated like kings and queens. The food both breakfast and dinner was amazingly delicious, we had the best time with the staff and at the bar at night with the guest. Our room on the 8th floor was very neat and squeaky clean, the house keepers and staff, all had beautiful smiles and all staff was so friendly. ||For a patient medical trip, our stay at the Arlington Drury turned into an unexpected very relaxing, deep sleeping, great entertaining vacation, all due to the staff and the facilities at the Arlington Drury. My stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern touches throughout the space. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout perks was the complimentary evening Kickback. It was such a refreshing and generous touch that added real value to the stay. Positive: Drury Inn hotels have exceptional customer service, doesn't matter where you stay in the US. They offer free hot breakfast, free kickback (dinner), free drinks (max is 3) and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The hotel is kept very clean. Negative: Nope.

I had an amazing experience and truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived the service was exceptional. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. A special thank you to Keith the manager he was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a meaningful difference in my stay. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful. There was honestly nothing disappointing about this experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Drury is always a good stay, especially with the 5:30 kickback with pork sliders 🤤🍖 as well as the breakfast too, always a must! The only thing that could make it better is if they offered free bottled water in the rooms at least two, because some residents need to take medication but they just have a fountain drinks and the water downstairs. At midnight I didn't feel comfortable going down in my "well rested clothes" infront of other guests. So the bottled waters in the room would have just been that extra touch to it. Overall it was a great stay!
