BEFORE READING PLEASE NOTE: I have never left a 1-star review for anywhere until this. Easily one of the worst "hotel" experiences I have ever had. I put hotel in quotes because upon booking they completely mis-represent themselves. It's not a hotel, it's an apartment building that rents out some of its rooms under this Kasa brand. There is nothing resembling a front desk or help of any kind. I never found the swimming pool from the photos online, not sure that actually exists for hotel guests just for apartment residents... I arrived from the airport late at night, around 11pm. The already-complicated instructions they gave me were useless because the doors they said would be unlocked were not. I had a great stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of AT&T Stadium—perfect for any sports fan. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved our stay at the Kasa!! The balcony was perfect and gave us the perfect view for the firework show. The location was close to everything!! The pool was very big, clean, and the lounger chairs in the water made it perfect!! The rooms were clean, I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. Overall it's a 10/10 for me!! Will definitely be staying again the next time I travel to Arlington.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasa and plan to stay there again when we come back to Arlington. 30 minutes prior to arrival, they sent detailed information on how to check in (and included pictures which were helpful). The place was very clean and was located in a good area of town. There was a nice dog park across the street that made it convenient for walking the dog several times daily. We did not use the pool or workout room because we were only there for 3 days; however, both areas were nice. I highly recommend Kasa!

I am beyond satisfied with my stay at Kasa. I will admit it was a bit difficult to navigate at first BUT it was really about knowing the building. The room was expectational. Very clean and included everything I needed. I had technical difficulties with the lock and even that was easy to fix because the team truly is available by phone call and messages 24/7.
