Travelers Inn Medford

I almost stayed at Travelers Inn and am extremely glad I did not. My first room was unacceptable: the sheets had food crumbs and human hair, and lampshades were missing. When I went to the front desk to report it, the woman was speaking with a man on the phone, and he misheard her and thought she said “bugs,” which was alarming and concerning if that is actually a problem at the hotel. The second room was not much better: the sheets had even more hair and multiple stains, surfaces were coated in dust, and there were milk-like stains on the desk. The chair in the corner looked unsanitary, and overall the room felt neglected and unclean. Some of the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. Nice rooms and nice building but the front desk guy is not a very nice person. He seems angry and upset a lot. I'm sorry for him. I stepped in the office because I spotted a coffee pot and he came out of his little hole in the back and about had a conniption fit. I said sorry I thought I saw some coffe. He took the coffee I bought at dairy Queen like he was going to take it wich would have ended very badly for the guy. I don't put up with theft. I said give me that back I bought it at dairy Queen. He began to chastise me like a child so I told him I'd give him a review and he said I don't really care....so here it is. I hope he retaliates so I can contact the Oregon department of Justice, the ftc, and the better business bureau to report the deceptive business practice.

Positive: The room was very nice. Comfy bed, clean pool, well maintained rooms Negative: The floors needed to be mopped (when walking barefoot, my feet got dirty), but I just wore slippers and it was fine.

Excellent service and great big room enjoyed about a week there had no problems got visit with my friends and family without them. Freaking out or making guest show there id or adding another person also pet friendly my service dog enjoy the back fields

This motel was terrible as another review said this is a LAST RESORT motel if this is your only option... To start off, we had a room booked for a week due to maintenance redoing our bathroom so we couldn't be in our home. I had to take my cat with me in the motel, and during one of the times I was outside with my cat a couple feet away from the motel there were atleast 2 roaches crawling around and then I get back into our room shortly after and I see a another roach in our room!! I immediately stepped on it and then we called the front desk and they told me to go to the front and get some spray so I went down and the guy up front handed me a can of raid ant and roach spray and I was talking to the guy abt how I saw a roach or more outside. He responds with oh yeah I saw you outside
