Travel Inn

We've always loved to stay here but this time our room had no microwave and no fridge. We enjoyed being able to smoke in our room but this time around I was bitten up by bed bugs so pretty disappointed about that situation the most since we never had this problem before! The man who checked us in was very friendly and in previous stays the owners have always been really nice as well. I do hope they will get rid of the bed bugs bc that will prevent us staying again which is very unfortunate since we truly love the peacefulness we get there!

I read all of the negative reviews first then decided to see for myself how it really was. My stay there was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean... if you like a tub it's not for you there is a standing shower only. There was a slight musty odor but the for the price it was no problem..bring a candle to burn or spray your perfume/cologne. I give the motel thumbs up for a short stay. I will stay here again.

This place is old, filthy, and falling apart. There was no heat in the room I booked during the winter. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Seemed as if the room had not been properly cleaned in ages. The manager seemed to not care about the complaints and refused to refund the money for the room. He said I could wait 30 minutes to see if the heat worked but there was no way he would return my money. Between the horrible rooms and rude service you would be better off staying elsewhere. Update: since the owners refused to refund my payment I had to issue a charge back. Don't use cash here, keep away, if you must stay use a credit card with proper customer protection.

The owner was rude. I stayed for one week. Paid for 7 full days and the owner threw me out on the sixth day. They rented it out to the next person without cleaning at all. Then on top of that when i returned home i had a bag full of bedbugs! There was also a cockroach in the shower.

The staff was friendly enough but the room?! We reserved a non-smoking room. When we opened the door to the room we were met with a wall of foul smelling cigarette that permeated EVERYTHING!!! The room was stuck somewhere in the 1950's/ 1960's but that's not really a problem...I could live with retro...we requested a different room but they said they didn't have any other available. We cracked open the window and left for dinner hoping that while we were out the room would air out a bit. No such luck. The price was reasonable but if it weren't so late, I would've gone elsewhere & paid a premium for a better room
