Customer Reviews
First thing noticed was the location and appearance of the hotel. It is directly on a major thoroughfare. The Dennys it advertised was closed down and the building was run down. Upon entering the hotel, the smell of mildew and mold hits you in the face. Once inside the corridors, after entering unsecured glass doors, the smell intensifies. The room was dirty, hair, dust and mildew in the bathroom. The closet had what appeared to be food remnants in the corner and the rug was unraveling. Then I checked the filters in the heater and I was appalled at the 2 inches of dust and spores. I washed them out in the tub which left a thick layer as the water drained at a snails pace. I took photos and brought them to the front desk upon checkout. They immediately said the heaters are cleaned daily and
My Husband and I stayed there one night and it was the worst experience we ever had. The hotel staff maybe one or two of them were extremely rude when we brought up the expired yogurt that they had out for breakfast for everybody to eat. They also had spoiled juice and and milk for cereal. When we brought it up to the manager, the manager did not seem to care, even though it is a health code violation. We paid decent money to stay there and got treated like complete crap and got offered expired food. I have medical issues so I have to take my medication in the morning with food so we had to leave to go get breakfast and then we came back they told us that we couldnt do our late checkout. We had to leave by 11 when we had already paid for a late check out. We didn’t end up leaving till abou
The room was nicely decorated but the TV didn't work and the pool was closed (not that I would have gone swimming anyway). Bed and pillows were very good. Bathroom was pretty old and haggard, but the shower was fantastic! Other guests (sadly right above me) were awful and were making all kinds of noise, yelling, stomping and arguing at 4am. That was the biggest negative.
Positive: Room was nicely updated and decorated. Bed and pillows were great! Negative: Other guests were awful. At 4am, the people above me decided to do jumping jacks and have a huge argument. Not a restful sleep.
They weren’t courteous enough to let me check out at 1 while I waited for my company to pick me up. $30 dollars for a late check out is ridiculous. My check out time was 12 the guy made me leave at 11. It’s a very grungy low quality hotel. Definitely not a place for families! The day guy isn’t very friendly either. Find a better place to stay!
