During a time of uncertainty and homelessness, Bacs stepped in and placed me here, and it’s been a lifeline ever since. The staff’s warmth and care have made this place feel like a temporary haven. They genuinely check up on me, going the extra mile to ensure my safety and well-being. It’s a comforting feeling to know they’ve got my back. And you know what? They don’t stop there. A perfect example of how people can make a big difference. We stayed here for two nights to see the Burger Boogaloo festival across the street. Let's be honest, the property and area is not a resort destination and we didn't expect it to be. But the manager and staff made our stay very comfortable. They were friendly, attentive and most importantly they really cared about making our stay enjoyable.

Attempted to reach front desk for 10 digit passcode you have to enter on TV to watch cable. Really frustrating because the phone number just rang and rang until a out of service message answers after ringing for 10minutes.

The owners were very helpful and tolerant. The world is really difficult now in Oakland, CA not like I remembered 15 years ago. I will keep in touch with them. Love their family as well as their employees who bent over backwards to assist my brother and myself on his 77th birthday.

Woman managing is professional and kind. Motel is full time shelter during these times. It is what it is. But there are lots of people in parking lot. Beds gave back aches. No blankets only bedspread. Shower had yucky stuff. Wear flip flops in public shared showers is a thing. Everybody can over charge now with people in need this is not worth 175 a night that should be for a week.
