Executive Inn & Suites

We arrived early at the hotel and our room wasn’t ready yet. We were able to purchase a bottle of wine and hang out in the bar area to watch the football game. Kim was so helpful and pleasant as she assisted us with that. We didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes and Luis hooked us up with a room that was ready. He was so nice and I know he went out of his way to accommodate our early check in. The room was really nice. Very spacious with a beautiful water view and a peak of the San Francisco skyline. I would definitely stay here again for the room quality and friendly staff.

Checked in late and Kim was so accommodating and friendly! Was able to have a delicious breakfast with vegetarian options, fresh fruit, and a variety of pastries, each morning. There is also a bar with a good selection of beers and wines. The night I arrived in my first night I had some chicken tenders and tots for dinner which were good. The bartender/server there (Alyssa) was also very friendly and the cook was nice and quick too! There are beautiful water views, it is convenient location, and there is a bunch of friendly, helpful staff.

We (2 adults and 2 teen sons) stayed in a room with two queen beds and a balcony over looking the water. We felt like we had enough room to be comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. The beds were SO COMFY! Honestly, for the price, I was really surprised and how well kept everything is and how comfortable we felt the entire visit. My entire family was happy we stayed there. Maria helped us check in and she was so sweet and kind. I don't have any negative things to say.

Yeah, my name is Dave and I work for the railroad and today I had a very challenging day. I got soaking wet working 12 hours straight putting a train away when I got to the hotel Maria was so kind and warm. She even put me in the best room she can find to make my day a lot better. I appreciate her very much. She’s the best. The room is clean. Smells good has two refrigerators. Laugh out loud I’m really enjoying myself. Thank you, Maria.!!!!!

Positive: It is reasonable and convenient to my family that lives in Oakland Negative: Their breakfast is just OK. Before covid, they had a much better offering.
