The management is great. Very willing to help. First time rv owner, Buddha made sure to check on us and made sure we knew how to hook everything up. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The dogs love the dog park. The pavilion is a great place to meet your neighbors. The laundry facility on site is a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.

I've been in tr3 rv living for quite a while now, and it's been interesting to see how much it's changed. There have been ups and downs, but I have to say the new manager, Buddha, is really making a difference. She's genuinely dedicated to making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable here. Yes, the park is still a work in progress, but I really enjoy spending time here. One of the things I appreciate most is how respectful everyone is of each other's space and belongings. The pool area is never overcrowded, which is a huge plus, and it definitely makes for a more pleasant experience. I also love that pets are required to be on leashes, which helps keep things organized and safe. The overall vibe here is fantastic—it's truly family-friendly and perfect for kids. From the first day that I came out here to pick the spot for my RV I have been treated very well. Buddha knows her stuff around here and very helpful she's very friendly and helpful. I would recommend TR3 in Terrell a place to come it's quite and friendly.

Ima mom of 3 kids, this rv park is very friendly. The manager is awesome. She is always willing to help when needed. The rv is very clean and upkeep is great. There is a pool and hot tub also a tennis court and dog park and I can't wait to see what else is to come. There very pet friendly with dog bag dispensers all around the park in case you don't have any doggie bags to clean up after your doggy. 10 out of 10. I plan on living here with my kids for a while. 💜
