Red Roof Inn Terrell

Fair price for a clean room. Employees are friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find a hotel that will let even a little dog like ours stay. Red Roof does will let our dog stay, and at no additional expense.

Newer hotel convenient to interstate. Room and bath were clean. Comfortable king size bed and pillows. Many dining options close by including a Waffle House next door. Second time to stay when passing through the area and will stay again on our next trip through the area.

Positive: It was horrible Negative: Water damage, gross smell, hairs on the sink in the bathroom, one of the beds sunk in when sitting on it to the point that I couldn't sleep on that side. The sheets one of the beds had dog hair and paw prints, the AC unit made loud noise all night

Convenient to the interstate. Many fast food restaurants close by as well as places to fuel up. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We travel with two dogs and we’re placed at the end of hall. The dog area was right outside the exit which was absolutely great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I would for sure stay at this property again if I pass thru that way ! Thank you !!!!!!

Room -The rooms here are adequate and clean but the door to our room would not shut correctly and we would turn around and it would be open. Breakfast - The breakfast in the morning was good but below par (no hot foods available). Room - The smell in the room was heavy with cleaning products as if to hide something else. Pool - The pool needed to be re-surfaced it was very rough. Service - The afternoon counter person acted like she didn't wanna be there but the young man in the morning was very helpful and very nice! Problem - The biggest problem we had was the times people would come out and smoke marijuana by the pool (4 different people and 4 different occasions). My grandson was with us and I didn't appreciate that at all. The other all stay was mediocre and I was just ready to get ou
