Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Terrell

Great hotel in a fantastic location with access to food, gas, and other activities. Fantastic room, very clean, AND the bathroom has a real door! Which is exceedingly rare lately. The staff was VERY friendly overall a great place for an overnight. The wifi was a little buggy though but considering the rooms location, and the nearest wireless AP I could see in the hallway, this was an oversight during construction not anything the staff had control over. Over all great hotel.

This was our last stop on our way home to Louisiana from Grand Canyon. We stayed here two nights to be able to go to First Monday in Canton. The area is very nice, lots of eating and shopping in close proximity. Buc-ee's is also within walking distance which was nice. The hotel itself is just ok. It's showing a lot of wear. We stayed in a suite but couldn't really use the couch because it had a bad odor. The entire room actually had an odor. We stayed at five different hotels on our trip and this one , I hate to say, was the worst. Employees were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was not the best, although the employee who was working it was trying her best. Not a big variety, no bread to toast, but there were bagels and english muffins. Great service. Staff are all super friendly and genuine. They work super hard and are always attentive and helpful to guests. The rooms were good size and comfortable. The Hotel is also well maintained and super clean. Breakfast had good options and was kept fresh by the lady. They have a swimming pool for use in the summer and also a nice gym with the essentials. The WiFi is an issue here as it doesn’t work well but that was minor compared to the great service and comfort.

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Terrell. The hotel is spotless, modern, and extremely well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere despite the convenient highway location right by Buc-ee’s. Breakfast was fresh, well organized, and better than expected, making mornings easy before heading out. A special shout-out to Melissa and Julia at the front desk, who were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Their service made the stay feel personal and seamless. This is easily one of the best Fairfield experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.
