North East Texas Luxury RV and Cottages

This is a newly established 50+ community offering a pool, hot tub, workout facility, theater room, mailroom, community kitchen and social room. The owners are so accommodating and courteous to all. I arrived with the intent of staying a month or 2, it’s been just shy of a year. Improvements are consistent. The staff is amazing I have only positive vibes.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PARK!! A lot of the park severely floods!! We were there for a year & flooded 7 times! Which during our stay the flood waters messed up our brakes, & jacks when we put our jacks down the slides came out! The owners could care less about any of this & never one time came around to check on anybody! Speaking of the owners, one of them lives in the so called golf simulator room! After being there for a year & mentions of getting the dump truck out of the entrance, we’ll we beat the dump Truck out of there.! Oh & one of the maintenance workers has an attitude & curses at residents & women!

This was a lovely little place. Everyone was friendly and there are a lot of long term people there. They offer a beautiful kitchen and large dining area if you have a gathering. They also have a very nice pool, hot tub and gym. The movie room was our favorite!!

Very spacious park with a shaded wooded area, and a newer open area for slips. They have a wonderful club house with beautiful showers, a kitchen, coin laundry room with cash to quarter machine. Everyone I have encountered is very kind.
