Listen. Your not getting the Hilton. Your getting a safe reliable place the crash. I've basically lived here multiple times. They are nice, the rooms are "good enough for governments work" 😆 lol and I've never had a major issue

Tried to make a reservation for later in the night and the woman over the phone started yelling at me and accusing me of being someone else who called multiple times earlier. Wasn’t able to book then she hung up the phone when I tried to explain? Don’t book here, the service is literally terrible and never has availability. They’re losing money treating people this way and turning them away for no reason.

It was quite cleaner than I anticipated. The staff were attentive and very informative. One night turned in to 5 days and the manager was very accommodating and customer friendly. I recommend it for exactly what I used it for. Sleep, shower, wifi, microwave and refrigerator. Clean, no noise, and no bother 👌

Lost my reservation then bickered with me about it. Told her the online booking had a diffent set of rules, instead of apologizing argued with me. Room smelled like cigs.

The good: Our room had a jacuzzi and a sauna. The rest: Saw a mouse in the room, bed very low to the floor, questionable cleaning practices, poor TV and worse fridge and microwave combination. Room smelled of cigarettes and mold and jacuzzi nozzle ran water all night and tub foundation leaked a bit unto floor when in use. (Brought my own bleach to clean and tried to enjoy jacuzzi anyway!)
