Comfort Inn Towson - Baltimore North

Our stay here is absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt valued and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Positive: We have started there before, it is a prime location for my travels, as I grew up and attended school near there, but travel from Georgia to there then other places, almost like a home away from home. Good breakfast. Negative: The staff seemed a bit pressed, there were many children running around, and the food service got rough one morning when too many people showed up at closing ready for full breakfast. Showers were much improved .

Upon arriving, I saw a woman in the lobby who stated to a man that "she didn't want anymore trouble", the man turned out to be the person on duty for the desk. I asked this person whether this hotel was safe, he told me that "yes, yes it was middle class, lower middle class". Upon entering my room, it felt dingy, but I had someplace to be, so I put my bags up on the dresser and left. Upon returning to the hotel around 11 pm, I unpacked just my bathroom items and got ready for bed. While I was laying in bed watching TV, I heard a noise and muted the TV to listen. It was a squeaking noise that nothing on the TV would have made. I did that one more time, turned the light on and stared at the floor. I've stayed at this hotel many times when I come to Towson and see many negative comments but here is my unbiased report: it is not a luxury hotel, it is an older hotel, and the amenities are basic. However, the staff is friendly and will do their best to accommodate guests in ways that luxury hotels have not. The cleaning crew is amazing, especially the groundsmen that keep the facility free of debris. There is ample parking and no deposit fees are required to stay here. It is in a convenient location, and close to most popular venues/dining in the area. There is free breakfast and 24 hour access to coffee. If you need a quick place to sleep on your trip, this is the cheapest you will find in the area.

We stayed here for a 1 night stay to attend my son's baseball game in Towson. This hotel is one of the dirtiest and most unkept hotel's I've seen. The parking lot had trash laying in it upon arriving. The hotel clerk was sitting behind the glass and didn't want to be bothered. He never mentioned anything about breakfast or being a Choice member. We were given a room on the fourth floor, room 414. The room was not in good shape. The floors were very dirty and unkept. It said there was an ice machine but clearly there was not. I took the very slow elevator to the fifth floor and when exiting the elevator was greeted by an over flowing trash can and over 10 bags of trash. I used 12k points for this place.
