Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel

My husband and I have stayed at this venue twice to visit my niece who attends Towson University. We have nothing but wonderful things to say. Donna, the food and beverage manager was AMAZING! Hospitable, accommodating and personable. Our bartender, the night our family gathered for drinks, Brittney Brown, was so attentive, friendly, and stayed open later when more people came into the bar at closing time. We had a wonderful breakfast the next morning and our overnight stays are so comfortable. I give a 10 out of 5 stars! 🤩

The hotel itself was fine. Recently renovated rooms were clean and it was pretty quiet. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the location is perfect.|However, the restaurant was terrible. It has only one restaurant "Rain," and was open for a limited period of time, as was Starbucks. We arrived for a convention so they had to have known how many guests would be arriving based on how many rooms were booked for that period of time. |There were numerous complaints. No matter what time you went, you were told there was a 20 minutes wait. Meanwhile the restaurant had a lot of vacant tables. At one point for at least 15 minutes there was no one at the hostess desk, or any servers in the restaurant. I ordered take out, thinking it would be quicker. It took 35 minutes and it was cold w

This location surprised me in a good way! I believe a large part of my excellent experience is due to Randolph. Upon checking in I let him know that I had a really early morning procedure and wanted to ensure I had a good quality sleep. He immediately thanked me for being a Marriott Bonvoy member, acknowledged my status and walked me through pretty much all the core details about the hotel and its amenities. I was given a renovated room. It was perfect. I asked to be placed in a quiet area of the hotel, I slept like a baby. My partner was a bit disappointed that the pool was not open due to renovations so perhaps if this could be disclosed on the website upon book this would be helpful, to know the date(s) the pool is unavailable. Whenever my parents would visit me at college they’d stay here and love it! I was recently in town so my wife and I decided to stay here. The hotel is great and the location is ideal! It’s walking distance to the mall and a ton of other restaurants in town. I want to give a social shoutout to Jason at the front desk. We got in late but he brought great energy, got us checked in quickly and got us bottles of water since my wife is a rewards member. The area is also very safe and we felt good the whole time we were there. They are also remodeling the rooms and they feel fresh and modern. There’s also a koi pond outside that my dad is a big fan of hence the photo from one of the times they drove me down years ago for college.

Positive: The front desk was super nice, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The room service was delicious! Negative: $15 for parking was a bummer. I don't agree with parking being a charge especially since the rooms aren't cheap.
