This hotel is a nice location. Restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater are all in walking distance. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is very clean and up to date with modernization. The maintenance crew works thoroughly to keep the place up to standard daily.

Just checked out. All staff was fantastic. But what really stood out was front desk staff very personable. Amazing stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay

I stayed at this location for 3 weeks for a masters degree program at Loyola University. I tried one night in the dorms and was highly allergic to something. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in my emergency situation. The room was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was good, and the valet staff were excellent! Give yourself a few extra minutes in the morning for them to get your vehicle because it can get busy. You request your vehicle via a text app, which allows for a seamless process. I decided to not shop around for hosing this year and will be returning for my last semester!

We highly recommend this Home2 when visiting Towson MD. Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast very good. My granddaughter said the pool was great nice and clean. She just missed a hot tub, LOL. We had connecting rooms which she thoroughly enjoyed.

We recently stayed at this Hilton, and while our experience started off well, it quickly took a turn for the worse. Toward the end of our stay, we returned from walking to breakfast and were getting ready to check out. I went to get the car while my boyfriend went upstairs for the luggage. When I didn’t hear back from him, I found out he was stuck in the elevator. I immediately went to the front desk for help, but the staff seemed completely unaware of the situation and acted like this was something that happened all the time. Everyone was casually going about their work while my boyfriend was stuck waiting for the fire department to arrive. No one from the hotel offered reassurance, updates, or any kind of support during the ordeal. When he was finally freed, there was no apology, no se
