Holiday Inn Express Towson Baltimore North

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. After our wedding block got cancelled on Monday we didn’t know anything about the Baltimore area but happened upon this hotel and they had an opening for Friday. The front desk staff was friendly. The elevators are huge and very quick. The rooms was huge tons of space which was perfect since we had to get ready for a formal event. The hotel was quiet the beds and pillows were extremely comfy. And the bath products the use are the dove products I use at home so I was sooooo happy to see that and didn’t need to bring my own products. They also provided more than enough towels and it was very clean throughout. They also had cookies, a drinking fountain with a water bottle filler and coffee in the lobby at all times for free as well as drink

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about our experience. Our stay was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. Children were running up and down the hallways and slamming doors until nearly 2:00 AM. There was no effective intervention from staff, and we were unable to get any rest. Even more troubling, there were numerous individuals frequently entering and exiting the room directly next to ours throughout the night. The activity made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We did not feel confident that contacting the front desk would be handled discreetly, so we chose to remain in our room. The following morning, staff were loudly banging on doors around 10:00 AM despite checkout being at 11:00 AM. After a sleepless night, this felt extremely unprof

I had a wonderful extended stay at Holiday Inn Express Towson, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—but what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. The front desk team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. A special thank you to Ms. Cierra, the gentleman with short locs, the night auditor with glasses, the sales manager with locs, and the GM Wummi—each of them consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They were attentive, responsive, and always willing to help, which made a long stay feel easy and welcoming. I cant say enough good things about this specific Holiday Inn Express in Towson/ Baltimore. Clean, friendly, accommodating staff. One of my favorites is Ciara ( hope spelled right) at the check in desk during the day is always so pleasant, personal, friendly, and accommodating. I've used this property close to half a dozen times for work and pleasure and always greeted by employees even GM during breakfast. Keeping providing 5 stars service. The property is showing its age but for the most part is clean. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is very bland; however, there were lots of options. The desk in my guest room is useless as there were no outlets anywhere near it, nor was there a mirror above it (I could have used it like a vanity if there was one). The bathroom was clean but extremely small with almost no counter space. Bed was comfortable. There’s zero outdoor space to spend time. I did really like that they had frozen meals for sale in the lobby (along with soft drinks and snacks). That meant I didn’t have to eat out every night.
