Staybridge Suites Raleigh-Durham Apt-Morrisville by IHG

Such a great hotel made even better by their staff. The AGM Mandi was incredibly helpful with my transportation from the airport. Letty was so kind as I was checking in and checking out. But I have to add that the employee of the day for me was Todd the shuttle driver. He took such good care of me, I didn’t want to get out of the bus and go to the airport. To all of you, thank you and I will see you next month.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Letty and all the front desk staff were very helpful. There was a pretty good work out room and laundry facilities, with several washers and dryers. There is a nice patio out back with new grills; the front desk has grilling utensils for you to use.

Positive: The room was really nice. Negative: For the quality of what the hotel is supposed to be the handyman work wasn't best. The showers didn't drain properly. And they couldve been cleaner

Booked this room for my daughter's softball tournament. Upon check in my daughter seen a roach crawl on the floor. We took a picture and went to the desk. The woman confirmed it was a roach and I asked if I got a refund if it would be immediately back on my card so I could get another room somewhere else and was told yes upon checking with the manager. That was not the case my card was charged and now I am being told it will take 3-5 business days to receive my refund.

In the last week we stayed here 3 times! Upon our arrival there was a gentleman on duty (unfortunately didn’t get his name) he was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Letty was on duty in the day time. She is so friendly and helpful, even came up and showed us the ice maker in our room. Always has a smile for us and was awesome to talk to. At the breakfast area we met Chemin. She was helpful and even gave us extra ice. Always happy to get anything you needed. Over all I would say it was the best experience and room we have had in a long time! I will definitely stay here again and will seek out Staybridge suites in the future. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite and 2 bedroom suite. Also very well insulated could not here anything from other bedroom.
