What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean

I would highly recommend staying at this Marriott hotel. It was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating! The staff went out of their way to help us with whatever needs that we had, The breakfast was better than most deluxe continentals and they had good choices. My mom was a bit worried when she heard continental as she needs a gluten-free diet, but they had several choices for her. The breakfast attendant was pleasant and kept the coffee and entrees filled. The beds were very comfortable and the space in the room was comfortable. The couch and the carpet were a little worn, but it was okay. Overall I would say I would stay again. I did visit the fitness center and I enjoyed getting on the elliptical. It wasn't a huge fitness center, but adequate for most guests needs.

The location for spring training sites is great. Quick drive to the Guardians/Reds Spring Training field in Goodyear. Right off of I-10 making getting around the Phoenix area convenient. |The room itself was a great size and the kitchenette and refrigerator were great and a useful use of space in the room. |The only minor complaint was that the continental breakfast did not have as many options as other Marriott hotels that I have previously stayed in, but there were different hot options everyday.|The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Other reviews have stated the entrance is a little deceiving, and it does seem like a side entrance when you come in, so that could be marked and made a little more clear. |The pool looked nice, but we did not use it, and there were several grills avail

In a growing area of the west valley, the hotel is far enough from the highway and main road to stay pretty quiet. Unfortunately the noises from the rooms above is quite noticeable. The breakfast is pretty standard for a Townplace. There is plenty of seating in the breakfast area, as well as some outside by the grills. The pool is a decent size and the hot tub was a nice feature.

Although this was a quiet hotel in general. The ppl above our room were like running a marathon above us. The place was renovating, very very inconvenient to us who are disabled. Handicapped parking, 2 spots, in the back were by the back door that we used to enter. The first floor had zippered tarps up where we needed to go through to the elevator. The next morning they were zipped up, so we literally had to walk around the bldg to our vehicle. Sunday morning at 7:00 am. The workers were there yelling and talking just outside our 3rd floor window. It was horrible, so we got up bc of the equipment noise. We left the hotel very disappointed. We love Litchfield Park area, when we travel. Maybe we'll seek other hotels next time. 😠
