Red Lion Inn & Suites Goodyear Phoenix

We had a great experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and comfortable. While the décor was a bit plain (not a deal breaker), the room offered a good amount of amenities. The breakfast was good and very convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is right off the freeway, which is convenient, though it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are just okay definitely not 4.5 star worthy. Service was great, everyone was very pleasant and helpful from service desk to room cleanings staff/getting towels. The tub and some marks on the wall superficial or not made it feel more run down than it actually is. Breakfast was good. 3 days of breakfast were different each day and were good for a continental breakfast. Only thing- add a waffle maker to have as backup for pancake machine that wasn’t working.

Excellent hotel! Carol was so courteous and kind. The hotel was clean without any strong odors masking something. Also nice bathroom and room cleanliness. Great breakfast! They had eggs and bacon, southern biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, muffins, 2 cereals, make your own pancakes, yogurt, variety of dairy products. Oatmeal with toppings. 3 Coffees, teas, 4 juices. Can’t find a negative thing to say!

Positive: I was actually shocked. The location is prime. It was extremely clean, breakfast was nice. Negative: Unfortunately my coffee in my room wasn?t changed from the previous guests

Great location. Restaurants and shops located within walking distance. Friendly check in . Room clean and updated and laminate floors meaning no carpet, yay. No maintenance issues. Room had King bed, fridge microwave with its own sink. Comfy chair ottoman. One desk and rolling chair. The exercise room is 24 hrs
