SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Goodyear

Located right off the freeway, close to restaurants and some shopping. Service is great, friendly staff. Rooms are big and comfy but cleaning needs a little work.

This hotel's staff are above and beyond! I appreciate Emily and Jamie at the front desk for their warm and generous hospitality while we were staying here because of car troubles, and Josephine for being so helpful and accommodating at breakfast! Would highly recommend to stay here, and have rarely felt this at home in a hotel far from home. The people really make a place!

Overall a good experience . Breakfast menu is too routine . Would suggest and request for a bit of change once in 3 days at least

Had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Goodyear, Arizona. The front desk lady was super polite and professional — she made check-in quick and easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a really nice experience. Definitely would stay here again!

Booked room after the AC broke in our nearby condo. Price was inflated for Goodyear in July, but thought it would be worth it to have a nice place to stay with AC, pool, breakfast. Then a dust storm closed the pool, and the water got shut off. Neither the hotel's fault, but $166/night in Goodyear on a weeknight in the summer is a bit stiff for such a poor experience. Management provided a weak apology, but I really expected a Marriott Credit to my Bonvoy Account which was not offered. I think I'll go with Hilton from now on.
