Holiday Inn & Suites Goodyear - West Phoenix Area by IHG

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant experience we would definitely stay here again.

Location is great . Busy intersection with plenty of restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff was outstanding and trust worthy . Bar and restaurant will be added soon which would make a nice leisure area. Food I had was good thanks to Kevin and Kim for doing the extra mile . I really appreciate it. I stayed a month

I used to enjoy Holiday Inn but it seems like every day I come to the hotel chain. It goes downhill a little bit more. One Safety issue I have is the bathroom floor and shower are very slick and there’s no decals or anything to prevent you from falling. This morning I went down to the breakfast that is served and it was disgusting , The food was cold. The biscuits were hard. I know it’s not a five star restaurant, but at least serve edible food to people.

Rooms were pretty clean. Road noise on the south end of the building was so loud. Not much they could have done to change that really. We were on the top floor almost at the end of the building. I was delusionally hopeful my babies would take it as white noise. There were complimentary earplugs in the bathroom when we arrived lol. Nice enough place but if you are sensitive to sound I would probably ask for the furthest room from the highway.

Staying at this hotel is always a pleasure. The staff are very customer service oriented. The location of this hotel is perfect for us with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the freeway which is a double edged sword, easy to get around but noisy. I always wear ear plugs when I stay there. Thanks Kim, as always for making sure everything was right.
