What made the stay magical was the introduction to the property by none other than Jamie, the young lady working the front desk on 2/15/26 in the afternoon! Love how she treats everyone, especially us Lifetime Titanium Elite. She practically pulled out a wand and start dousing us in hotel wishes come true once we checked in ! The breakfast was a bit above average. They had your typical sausage and biscuits so you can combine but they also had pre wrapped Jimmy Deans Sausage/Egg Sandwhiches. And its very clean ! The rooms were of a decent size but the Queen Beds were hard as rocks (first time i ever disliked any Marriott property bed). Overall a very good stay w nothing to complain about ( other than the bed, which we hate to do )

We visited for a baseball tournament. The hotel was conveniently located to all of the fields. There was also plenty of shopping and food places around the hotel.||The room was large and comfortable and had a kitchenette that made our stay even easier||Even with a hotel full of baseball players, the room was quiet, comfortable and restful||Highly recommend this hotel. Good staff great location nice breakfast and felt like home.

My stay at TownePlace Suites was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I was very happy with the delicious breakfast and enjoyed it daily for the entirety of the two week stay. The property itself is new, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Juan, the manager, deserves special recognition — his professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests make all the difference. I arrived tonight needing a hotel room and the system was completely down. Despite that, every staff member working went above and beyond to be accommodating. They made sure I was able to get into a room even though there was no internet, television, or room keys at the time, which was completely out of their control. They did everything possible to make every guest comfortable. 10 out of 10.

Great place, looks and feels new, smart layout and plenty of room to stretch your legs, the room doesn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of natural light from two windows. The kitchen is adequate for light cooking and the appliances are nice. The hotel is located in a super safe of town and close to everything, there's plenty of parking as well. Staff was working all day shuffling patrons to their rooms because a broken card machine, just unacceptable, heck of an inconvenience to have a chaperone taking you to your room every time. I asked for a late checkout and I was told 2:30, that's one of the inconsistencies at Marriott franchises were Elite Status doesn't mean anything even when a 4 pm late checkout is guaranteed, unless it is a resort or a convention is happening, as a Titanium I feel l
