TownePlace Suites by Marriott Clovis

This must be the worst towneplace I’ve ever stayed at. I ended up getting a two bedroom suite for the night and I regretted it. What a filthy, dirty place! The room was destroyed the walls were covered in what looked like snot along with the shower curtain. The carpet was destroyed and the floors were filled with lint and dog hair. As if no one had ever cleaned since this location opened. Marriott what a disappointment I do not know how anyone can get away with a business like this. What a disgrace and embarrassment to your business I have no idea who manages this hotel but whoever does you should be fired or suspended at the least for allowing this hotel to be this unpresentable. If I could leave 0 stars I would, not recommended to anyone. Please avoid! Truly disappointed, Alicia

We were staying at another hotel in Clovis when we decided to stay at the TownSuites. Upon check in I found out the outside pool which was uncovered did not work. We got several different reasons from different staff. Our rooms were clean on check in. The smart tvs were not connected to the internet and no one including management knew what to do. The help center they connected us to just reset the tvs which did nothing. The manager did call us and ask to go into our rooms to check on the tvs. We were out and agreed that would be fine. We never did hear from her. This is what I am disappointed in. We were paying top dollar for their 2 bedroom suites for 4 days. I would think she would like to at least update us on the tvs or after we said we would stay in the room at least reach out to ap

The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel wasn't too busy so parking was easy. The location is convenient with a Wal-Mart nearby and other amenities, and only a few miles off the main road. A few things seemed a little off, like one door in our hall had been kicked in and needed repair (a big chunk of the door that used to include the doorknob was completely missing). But... assuming that's a one-off, this is a nice hotel with suites.

Rooms and location are great with the except of the front desk employee Glenda. She was not welcoming at all from the get go. Had a terrible attitude when I asked a question about the $100.00 pet fee as well were only staying one night.

Annual stop. Will likely change. Off the beaten path a bit. Felt the staff were inattentive. Playing video games at a table the whole time. No hot coffee. Rooms were clean. Lightbulbs out.
