I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay great. They went above and beyond to help whenever needed and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

I would never stay at this hotel, and that would also include the Hampton Inn because they are actually connected. There is not a stitch of grass anywhere for our service dog and going off the property into Sam patches or cobblestone rocks is just a bad situation. At least put out an area with artificial turf on it. 😡🤬🤬🤬

Hosted a celebration for my youngest. Horrible customer service and GM cares more about their workers than paying guest. Made arrangements for 2 weeks to be able to decorate but because the hotel allowed a worker to host an event. I was going to be charged 100$ to set up the night before. Never been charged and now all of a sudden. I will never host an event here. The weekend workers are rude and Do Not care. I would encourage guest to book at another hotel event. Oh but the front desk clerk could not leave me alone to host my 3rd old birthday event. Horrible I give them a zero. After speaking with the GM, who seemed to not care, he is very rude and kept talking over me. Making every excuse for his employees who took longer and 8 hours to host an event. (Rules 8 hours or 4 hours).

Very nice and would certainly stay there, again. Front desk staff were friendly and quick. The free breakfast included a wide range of hot and cold offerings. Room accommodations were nice, and sheets were soft. Having the USB-A and electrical outlets next to the bed were a plus. The only negative is that the bathroom could use a bit of preventative maintenance work for the calk that is cracking or missing. And the person in the room above sounded as though he was bouncing a basketball on the floor. Called the desk, and they took care of it. Other than that, a great stay!

Easy to find, clean, helpful staff! Kid loved the indoor pool. Rooms have some interesting updates. All of the locks are low enough for a child to reach, a small problem but didn't overall change our stay.
