Clovis RV Ranch

Nice rv park has wifi, full hookup sites, propane fill Station on site, coin operated laundry, has a common area where you can have get together. And complementary coffee in the common room. Friendly staff.

Full hook up, good wifi, very large green area so I could walk my dog. Bathrooms-showers were private and very clean. Laundry was cheap and with nice washers and dryers. There are train tracks nearby but noise was minimal. Very close to town if you are visiting. I would stay there again

This is a wonderful RV Park to stay in. I recently spent four weeks in Clovis visiting my daughter and her family. Instead of being underfoot, my husband and I opted to bring our trailer. After two weeks, hubby was needed back home so I was there alone. As both a senior couple and a solo woman, I felt absolutely safe staying here. The grounds were clean and kept tidy. So was the office, laundry, gathering room, and bathrooms/showers. The complimentary coffee was especially nice since I forgot to bring my coffeemaker. Then there’s the price... WOW! So affordable! Now for the warning, which is Clovis not the park. Trains nearby run 24/7. After the first night we rarely noticed. Also, the smell of cows can be quite strong at times. Lastly, the weather. Be prepared for heat or cold, very stron

Absolutely horrible place manager has a high and mighty power trip going on and makes many stupid rules. Is rude and invades province all the time. Will show up at my camper unannouced. He harassed my animals and they woupd bark or something at him for what he was doing he would get on to me tell me they had to be quiet or leave. He is creepy and way to friendly around my kids and the others. Very much do not recommend. Manager is a power hungry creepy stalker of a man. Trust me stay away.

This place is great!! If we weren't heading through to another state we would've loved to stay here, but we are. We're heading from CO to TX and were almost out of propane and we called Jim after hours and he answered and was glad to come out and get us propane so we wouldn't get to our destination late at night and be completely out with no place open. Not to mention the RV park is well maintained and really nice! We will be stopping here our next trip through for a stay! 😊
