This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say the experience started off perfectly because of Jasmine at the front desk. First impressions matter, and she made mine an amazing one. From the moment I walked in, Jasmine was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. As a first-time visitor, that meant a lot to me. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her—she treated me with respect and warmth the entire time. Stayed here for a bike race. Preparing our own food was a priority. Ample fridge space. Well stocked kitchen area (stovetop with pans in room— unlike many extended stay hotels where a hot plate and pans must be checked out). BBQ area was clean, functional, tools provided. Rooms were large. Beds comfortable. Nice fluffy, white towels. All of the front desk staff were helpful— Austin, Laurie, and another woman whose name we can’t remember. We would absolutely stay here again.

Newer hotel. Well designed rooms. Consistently out of coffee or it’s cold. Allows pet. Several barking dogs both during the day and night. At the time, desk apologized but said dogs were spread out throughout hotel. Loud slamming doors, something most newer hotels have a solution for. Not recommended for business if needed to work in the room.

We stayed after a long day at King’s Island. The property is very clean and modern. Our room was spacious and laid out well. Tip for those with families: if you’re looking for a quiet room, ask for a room located away from the outdoor fire pit. Guests were making a lot of noise at the fire pit well past the hotel’s quiet hours, despite requests from hotel staff to quiet down. I spoke with Laurie at the front desk the next morning about it, and she provided exceptional customer service and was able to rectify the situation to our satisfaction.

One of the greatest Marriott I’ve been to wonderful service they kept it clean as peaceful. The staff was awesome very accommodating and it’s close to one of my favorite theme parks Kings Island the wonderful food in the area have a pool on the inside of the building at this Marriott and my parents and my family Allstate, here we have separate rooms. Both rooms are perfect. Five stars and everything.
