La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati NE - Mason

It is not brand new by any means; however it is Safe, clean, quiet (for the most part). . Staff are exceptional & always super helpful! The rooms are always clean & beds are comfortable. I've staying here for extended periods of time of & on, for 2-3+ years. Price is very VERY REASONABLE! Excellent location

La Quinta Inn – Cincinnati Mason, Ohio We had reservations for February 13th–15th. On the day of our arrival, a hotel employee called to inform us that the pool and hot tub were not in working order. We were told that if we wished to cancel due to this issue, we could do so and would receive a full refund. The pool and hot tub were the primary reason we selected this property, so we chose to cancel based on the information THEY provided. What has happened since is completely unacceptable. Receiving our refund has been an absolute nightmare. I have called the hotel at least five times. Each time, I am told the manager is “not available,” and despite repeated requests, he has refused to return my calls. Bed sheet had brown ish stain like period blood. The towels still have old makeup on them. Didn’t want to shower with brown goop everywhere. Bed seemed clean and it didn’t smell weird but the walls are super thin. TV had nothing but cable however was able to connect my switch. WiFi never worked for me tried to go down to the hot tub and there was some guest in there blaring music so loud I could hear it near the eating area. Which is not their fault obviously but it surprised no one asked them to turn it down. No issues with the entire two times I talked to the staff to check in and out. Also no syrup for the waffles?
