Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Northeast/Mason

Perfect overnight stay! Room was spotless and had everything we could need and more. It was very quiet even though it’s right off the interstate. Complimentary breakfast had many options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent hotel, best we've stayed at by far! This is our third visit and it is always clean. Breakfast bar has a lot of great options and changes daily-breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and lemon scones are our favorites! The kids loved the waffles too. The pool is clean and heated. They added a few pool games and floaties if you forget yours which is nice! It is located right by Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. Wings and Rings is within walking distance and has nice happy hour deal. We also took the kids to Kids Clubhouse down the street for a local activity to do. The kids had a blast and it is a good price! Overall, a great 4 day stay! We will be back!

Positive: "" Negative: yes, we stayed there two nights, and they never cleaned our room, they never provided us with fresh towels, and they never emptied our trash. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay, that is ridiculous. I spent $---a night for the hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip, Sunday thru Friday. When I checked in on Sunday, the TV did not work properly. It was fixed on Tuesday. When I checked in, I was told housekeeping service every other day. On Thursday, I returned to find the trash still in the room, see pic. The bed was not made. No vacuuming. Only decaf, no regular coffee. This is a very different Residence Inn than what I experienced in the pre-covid days. If I travel back here again for work, I'll find a different hotel.

We stayed here during our road trip to Kings Island. Spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Breakfast in the morning was great. There was a nice area near the lobby with outdoor seating and string lights . Great location so close to Kings Island!
