TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers

We stayed in this hotel for a work trip and I was very impressed. Kelly checked us in and was so helpful at telling us where everything was and made us feel welcome. He even helped us sign up for the Marriott Rewards to get points for our stay. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen, which is great for longer stays. We are coming back soon and are choosing to stay here again because of our great experience last time.

I really can't recommend this place. For over $300 a night for a suite that is in dire need of renovating, and two air conditioners that smelled like cat litter boxes, I can't recommend it. The units kept our room humid, and would not remove the humidity from both our showers when in use. Bathroom exhaust fans exist, but don't really function as intended. Our wedding close smelled like it and even our relative guests even mentioned something to us. That is bad. There are other hotels in the area I would stay away. One star for polite staff. We tried to let them know to clean our room, but nothing was accomplished in our three night stay. We would have left but an event in the area prevented it.

Let me begin with the good parts of this place. Customer service is the best of all the Towneplace that I have stayed at. People here are so down to earth! I chatted up a storm with both Kristin and Danielle. They made my stay very enjoyable. The not so good is the hotel sits right on the main drag with highway traffic going on. Didn’t have a good night sleep when I was there which the rooms were facing the noise of ongoing traffic.

Recently stayed a few days at the Marriott TownPlace Bentonville, AK location and had a great time! Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Probably the nicest group of staff members I have ever been around . The breakfast was good and staff were quick to replenish anything that was getting low. Hats off to Cyndi and Danielle! We will be back!

We decided to stay overnight and have a shorter drive the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was great for making fajitas for supper, and it was nice to have a table and chairs to sit down and enjoy our meal. It would have been nice to have a tea pitcher. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The breakfast was good, with several choices. The only problem we had was wet carpet due to the air conditioner not draining properly. We did not feel like moving to a different room, so we did not report it until we checked out. The only problem that caused was wet socks, and that wasn't a big deal. We would love to stay here again and see the attractions in the area.
