The front desk was incredibly helpful (Shout out to Ahmed) and patient, walking me through my options when I was deciding whether and how to extend my stay, and they were very accommodating with checkout time. I was genuinely thrilled with the room setup — the space was excellent and thoughtfully laid out. Housekeeping (Valeria) also deserves special recognition; the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A very comfortable, well-run stay all around.

Stayed long-term for work and really felt at home. It is very conveniently located to everything- food, shopping, entertainment, airport, national attractions, sporting events, etc. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to individual needs. At the front desk Ahmed, Kareem, Nisha, and Krupa I feel are always there, and Mr. Jon the manager can always be found and ready to help. I see them all daily, I hope they get off days, but the service is never lacking. They are very quick to answer questions and fulfill any requests you may have. I see many of the house keeping and maintenance staff throughout the day and although I can’t name them all, they do an excellent job and always smiling and kind. Horrible stay. Holes in walls, leaks in bathroom, tv didn’t work so we switched rooms, then didn’t work again and offered to switch our room again the night before we left. Smells of **** horribly bad. Dirty carpet and upholstery in rooms. Hard as rock beds. Broken shower curtain rod. Won’t stay again.

I stayed here out of necessity as I was traveling back home and needed to take a few hours to go to sleep. Here’s what I’m going to say about it overall the lobbies nice. The breakfast was good as far as the room goes it is a well worn room this hotel needs to be updated or maybe they just need to fix some of their rooms. This is not what I’m used to from a Marriott property. personally, I would not stay here again.

In a prime location between DC and Baltimore FREE PARKING which unfortunately around this area seems rare. Rooms were clean and all good cleaned by a lady named Sofia who did great. Nisha and Mohammed are amazing and very kind and helpful. They gave me early check ins when I arrived ahead of schedule and I have been able to work out a negotiated business rate as I am often in this area for work. It has been a while since I had an issue with any rooms but when I did they both made sure it was resolved immediately. Breakfast is always good too 5 stars from me.
