Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-Bwi Airport West by IHG

This facility is in serious need of improvement and upgrades. The wiring in my room resembled the snake pit in Indiana Jones. Poorly placed outlets and extension cords. Someone forgot to let management know travelers have multiple electronic devices. |The shower looks like there is mold at joints and lighting in bathroom is insufficient for shaving or makeup. |The left elevator sounds like there is a constant rubbing while moving and both elevators need refinishing; the look old |The lobby was clean and well maintained but duct tape holding trim at front desk?|The staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. Breakfast was the best part of my stay. Food was constantly replenished and warm. And the coffee system is the best.

Location was convenient and although I didn't need them I appreciated that they had shuttle service to nearby areas. The hotel had all the typical Holiday Inn Express amenities I've come to expect including a nice breakfast. I wish the pool were enclosed for winter use but it at least looked nice. Host of the hotel staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. A pet friendly policy would also have been appreciated as I needed to find a sitter for my dog. My biggest issue however was the hotel listing EV charging as an amenity. I consider this a lie. While there are chargers nearby they are not specifically for the hotel they are public level 2 chargers on the other side of the denny's. They are open to anyone and although conveniently located they are very high cost not a

For me, it was a perfectly comfortable stay. I was there for only a day for a nearby concert with my adult autistic son. My first thought was having a 25hr. Denny’s Restaurant next door was very convenient. We enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner there before checking into the hotel. Hotel check/in was fast, informative, and professional. Room and facility was clean. The full complimentary hot breakfast was a true pleasure! Variety, stocked, well kept area with ample seating. The flavored water area was appreciated and applauded. My son & I had a comfortable stay! Thank you! I plan to return and stay a few days to tour the city & nearby attractions and hope that our stay is pleasant.

Fabulous hotel. Beat all the hotels in area. Really top notch breakfast. Amazing customer service. Stayed 10 days. I was worried about longer stay but honestly, it was the best stay at Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels all over the country and never had a problem! This hotel really tops the list. I will definitely be back. Great location! Thank you for you making it feel like a home away from home!!

Everything and everyone was perfect at this hotel. My room was nice and clean and everyone was sooo nice. Louis was sooo nice and friendly when I called before I even checked in and he was very respectful. Once I arrived I interacted with Nelsa and Franklin and both of them were so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay at this location again when I return.
