The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

The service was great, the room was fantastically clean, the location was near so many things, the only thing that I can say is that you can hear everything in the hallway from outside your room, both ways. They can hear you, and you can hear them. If you’re sensitive to sound, maybe ask to be far away from the elevator and/or other people.

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is a stunning property, impressively decorated and meticulously maintained. Guests can enjoy two dining options: the Grille and a Mexican Tequila Bar, adding convenience to their stay. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views, enhancing the overall experience. However, there are some downsides. Parking is not complimentary for hotel guests, though the $10 per night fee is reasonable. Unfortunately, customer service falls short; during check-in, I encountered Suany, who was unwelcoming and dismissive, failing to provide a friendly experience. At checkout, Tanya appeared annoyed when I sought assistance, further contributing to a lackluster service impression. Overall, while the hotel itself is exceptional, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious experience, with elegant surroundings and exceptional cleanliness throughout the property. Its prime location provided convenient access to nearby shopping centers and the highway, making travel seamless. Overall, the stay was both comfortable and highly pleasant, and I would confidently recommend this hotel!

Great faculty. Clean and comfortable rooms. Be prepared to stress over parking. Some crazy app required to pay, that doesn't really work (if you are trying to pay for multiple vehicles longer I was). Massive pita requiring a visit to the front desk. Taking a convenience and making it hard is not great. Paying $10/dat to park also lame. Bulls it into your room rate. Don't nickel and dime customers.

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable and surprisingly the shower experience was great in the handicap br being able to sit down and reach areas made it comforting Negative: I didnt like the facials expressions and tones from the front desk staff came off kinda racist and rude but its america your going to experience every now and again
