Everyone at the hotel was very kind and hospitable. The front desk associates also perform other task such as breakfast staff and concierge’s. Aulava and William checked us in and took care of every need and was joyful and accommodating. Also, Jeff was pleasant, even put my plate in the microwave for me. I will stay here again. Top five hospitable service I have experienced in the industry. Merry Christmas and thank you. Thank you for making our stay special. Thank you, Donna. A great team all around. As always, our experience here couldn't have been better! This was our 3rd time being here in December, and they go out of their way here every year for Christmas. It looks absolutely beautiful! Their hotel manager is amazing. She greets you as if it really is your home. I don't even really know how to describe how wonderful the staff is here. The people who were serving breakfast were super friendly and went above and beyond for our daughter who has celiac. The lady that was there offered her multiple options that were gluten free and set them aside for the next day, then brought them out to our table.♡ We have traveled so much and stayed in so many hotels, but this is by far the nicest hotel because it does somehow feel like home inside. In a long life of hotel stays this was the best experience of all. Donna Marie was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon hearing I was there to visit my daughter in the Marine Corps she went into overdrive to make my stay and time with my daughter amazing. Breakfast felt like I was in a five star restaurant because the staff were quick to anticipate my needs. Fetching plates and making sure everyone felt welcome made it feel like I had stopped by my grandmothers house for a meal. Thank you, Donna, for making this tired traveler from Texas feel like a friend after three days of driving. Strange as it sounds, the hotel hospitality will be one of my best memories from this trip because it was ridiculously over the top.

I had a good stay at this hotel and would definitely consider coming back. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which goes a long way when you're traveling. The bed was comfortable, the heater (winter time stay) worked well, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff who handled my check-in smoothly. Now, I did get there late at night so there was no waiting. One big plus I will comment on is the free breakfast, which was convenient and a nice way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. The location is also a strong point, as it's within close proximity to the mall and the casino, which makes it easy to walk or take a quick drive.
