I liked Nothing about this place it was my worse experience every the manager was yelling at his wife like if she did something wrong with my booking just because i booked it online he started grabbing the paper angry out of her hand and asking me to see the proof of my phone on how much i paid asking me how did i get it for certain price it made me scared just being there needing to show my phone and waiting for my key card then after I got it I was waiting for my room to be cleaned which I didn't have a problem since I arrived 15 mins early as I waited in my car the housekeeper knocked on my window and said my room is ready but with the manager lack of communication didn't update her that she changed the room to a different one that needed cleaning I felt so bad as she hurried her way to

The Good: The room was relatively clean and the office staff wasn't rude.||The Bad: What a disappointment! Tucked all the way in the back of the property, the room was a Frankenstein's monster of mismatched tiles, pealing paint, old hardware and rickety furniture. The TV's image was more "snow" than picture. The TV remote didn't work. The bed coverings were horribly worn. There was no phone in the room! And the only two outlets were on the far side of the room, completely occupied by a microwave, fridge, and TV. If I hadn't been so exhausted, I would have turned around and demanded my money back. And the room wasn't even worth HALF of the $112 I paid!||Recommendation: Go two blocks north on Broadway and stay at the Travelodge. For $10 more per night you get a magnificent clean and classy r

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! there for less then an hour and seen this crawling across the floor i snapped a photo and my husband caught it and took it to the front desk and he dint even want to refund me my.money!! After arguing how unexecxeptable it was he finally did and we jammed DO NOT RECOMEND DONT STAY OR GO THERE!! INFESTED!!!! INFESTED!! INFESTED!!!! WITH COACKROACHES !!!!!!!!!!

Great place to book a room. Very clean and peaceful. Management are all good people.

This is a absolute disgrace..I arrived to this place with my wife and 2 yr old son.we pulled in and noticed at least 30 or more people hanging outside not the kind of place you want to take your family. I asked for a refund and she refused and told me there nice people and that it's like having neighbors you dont know who's moving in..lady your crazy if you think im gonna stay with my family. The biggest tourist trap I've ever seen in my life. Everything on their site is grossly misrepresented do not take your family here
