It is very challenging to fully describe the amazing stay I had. From the late night check-in with the superb night desk clerk, Tori, to the late departure, this hotel is superb. Maid service was consistently excellent, pool and gym were clean and always ready for use, and the morning waffles were delicious. Do yourself a favor. some halloween decorations by towels and toilet tissue. Cleaner than other hampton hotels. The water pressure is relatively higher than other hotels during my trip. Appreciated. The price is a bit high.

Positive: Staff at check in at 5pm very nice, great location and parking. Negative: Chic Fila drive thru came right thru my room.First room smelled like spoiled milk. Hotel uses carpet squares, making it a lot easier to control spill damage, please use them

My husband’s family lives in Santa Maria. We were excited to visit them during our anniversary weekend come February. And very excited to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we have to push our trip to end of February/early March, because my cousin tragically passed away in a fatal car accident and we now have to attend a funeral that week. We booked our room through Expedia and was told we’d have until the 6th to cancel. Expedia then said they’d be happy to cancel it, but needed approval for a refund from the hotel. We received an email from Hampton Inn saying they would not refund our stay due to our family death, even though we’d be back in just a few short weeks. I felt we gave them sufficient time to cancel our trip as it’s only January 26th and our trip isn’t until February 11th. Compl

One of the best stays I’ve had!! The rooms are clean and modern, everything we needed was available. Tori at the front desk is exceptional. Being in hospitality myself, I have high expectations. Guest service is what defines hospitality. Tori is an absolute asset to this property. We will definitely stay here again.
