Tiny House Leadville

I loved staying in this tiny house! It had all of the desired traits of an Airbnb but perfect for one person. It had dishes, pots, pans, coffee, towels, and bathroom supplies. I arrived late due to traffic but had no problem finding my room and getting settled in. I loved the proximity to town. Will 100% be staying here again.

We love this place. Very clean and all of the kitchen conveniences. Plus our dogs could come with us. It's really nice having some space between houses, as opposed to being in a hotel room with rooms on either side and hearing doors closing throughout the night. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the bed is Pretty high up and the first tiny house We stayed in the ladder to the upper bed Was a little tricky to get off of at the top onto that level. Very quiet and downtown just around the corner walking distance.

We've always wanted to try a tiny house and this was our chance! The place was super cute (we had #8) and had everything we needed! Close to town (we walked to all of our meals and attractions!) so it was really convenient. My only complaint was that the bar across the street had loud music and noise going on until 2 a.m. so we didn't really get to fall asleep until then.

I loved my stay here! It was so cold in Leadville but Tiny home Lilly was so warm. The bests are so comfy and the homes are laid out so well that they don’t feel restrictive. My only downside is that I didn’t book the home for longer.

Positive: Location# 1, also we had an issue and contacted the caretaker, he corrected the issue with satisfactory results in a timely manner. Negative: The ladder was hard to climb. We?re seniors (71 and 74). The bed on 1st level was high. I had to use pillows to get up high enough to get on the bed. Younger couples with children would love these accommodations.
