Timber Creek RV Resort

I enjoy the camping experience at Timber Creek! I enjoyed the hypnotist show last week lots of laugh. I love the outdoor experience at the resort, swimming, grilling. Erin and Matt are very nice and helpful. The other staff are helpful also. At night the colorful water in pond is very pretty. There are bands and activities for the children.

Beautiful location. Seasonal only. No dust control on upaved roads. Bathroom and laundry have no hot water for 6 weeks. Activity center was left dirty after functions. On the positive. Beautiful facility near the beach. We have also suffered a very high price increase. I hope they don't price us out of the resort.||

I personally think that this place is fantastic 👌 exactly what I was looking for and then some! While not cheap, it definitely has everything I need! The Staff that I have been fortunate enough to come in contact with have treated me a if I were at a 5 star resort! They are always willing to help you out with something you have questions about. Me personally being new to this wonderful lifestyle, I have much to learn! Thankfully I have encountered nothing but goodwill from all! KUDOS to you all ,all of my new neighbors included.

Love having a unit here for the most part but many services are lacking and in need of more attention and care! Lack of communication from management and Corporate. Location and overall layout of the park is still top notch but many things are starting to slip. We have had NO hot water in the main bathhouse all season long and there mini par 3 course is advertised but mainly no useable because there are NO greens! Our fees keep going up while we receive diminished services.

Timber Creek is beautiful and a lot of fun. So many great people and the staff is amazing. Close to state and local beaches. They have 2 beautiful pools , that are well maintained and 3 bath houses that are clean and in great shape
