Ocean House

We were seated at a lovely window table in the Bistro. Our waiter was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. |We were treated to a glass of champagne and an amuse bouche to start. The charcuterie board was very large almost a meal and the calamari appetizer was also very generous. I would have liked a sweet- spicy sauce with it rather than the aioli. Steak frites were cooked nicely and the frites were hot and crispy. |We never felt rushed and really enjoyed our meal and our waiter, who was from Indonesia( wish I remembered his name) made our experience all the more enjoyable

We had the most amazing stay at Ocean House for our mini honeymoon. From the food, to the staff, to the views, everything was top-notch. We truly felt pampered the entire time from check-in to check-out. 1000/10 recommend for a luxury weekend getaway!

Have attended New Year's Day brunch the last few years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Brunch menu is very tasty and thorough (something for multiple tastes). We've enjoyed Ocean House as a New Year tradition for the last few years and have not been disappointed. It's definitely not cheap, but the food, view, and hospitality justify the price to me.

We had an absolutely lovely stay for 2 nights in early September. We booked a large king bedroom with a balcony and I cannot recommend having an ocean view enough, as this was such a pleasant space for us. Room amenities are excellent with snacks available in room and reusable water bottles gifted to you on arrival. This resort is iconic and well deserving of all accolades. The staff was kind and attentive with excellent housekeeping services. The location is of course absolutely beautiful with stunning grounds and facilities everywhere. We loved our beach experience with great service at our beach chairs. We dined in the Bistro and the Verandeh and enjoyed our meals here. We heard a lot about the extraordinary brunch from the locals in Narragansett. It's a way for regular folk to access this property which is otherwise out of most people's reach at about $1000 per night - that's the basic room. ||||For nearly $100 per person for breakfast, I recommend you get 2 proper meals elsewhere. Yes, the surroundings are nice, but otherwise the food is incredibly mediocre while the service is fair. We were seated, not in the main dining room, but in a Members area that was empty and not connected conveniently to the place where the buffet was located. Although it was presented as an upgrade, it really did feel like a downgrade.
