Beach Ball Inn

The Beach Ball Inn and Seashell Inn are great! The kayaks for guests behind the Seashell are very easy to access and use even if you've never kayaked before. The room at the Beach Ball was clean and spacious. Both are close to the beach, walkable, and all the restaurants. A great view too!

Location is great, but that's really all there is positive to say it. They expect criminals and druggies to stay there. We stayed there while we waited for our house to close. The manager talked to me as if I was a criminal. Water leaked out of the ceiling.They never checked up on it. The paint was peeling off the wall. There was black mold growing on the wall because they didn't paint the walls with the proper paint when you live by the beach. And they neglected to give us back our deposit on top of it with no damage done by us. Any damage came from their poor maintenance. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who is NOT desperate. We certainly would not have stayed there if we weren't desperate at the time.

My boyfriend and I booked a room here last minute, for our 5 year anniversary. We planned to stay just 2 nights but ended up staying 4 nights. We check out tomorrow and we're both feeling sad that we have to leave! The staff are amazing and will accommodate your every need! Not only is it a 2 minute walk to the beach but they also provide free kayaking. The rooms were bigger than expected with a full kitchen, dishes/silverware included. Very clean and cozy! Prices are amazingly affordable considering the proximity to the beach. We want to plan another trip here soon. Overall I give Seashell/Beachball Inn 5 out of 5 stars!! You will not regret staying here!

This place is the perfect location near Misquamicut Beach for the price. We stayed for one night over the Memorial Day weekend 2023. Checking in was easy but you need to go across the street to the Sea shell.The beds were good if you like the memory foam type mattress.The pillows are very thin. I’d suggest to bring your own. The place was super clean when we arrived which is always a plus. This place allows dogs here which I only heard them a little during the day but nothing at night. My only down side to our stay was a broken mini blind and a mirror in the bathroom that’s rusting..both of these are easy fixes that should easily be replaced. It just looks really bad.. Yes, I’d stay here again for a night or 2 but I do feel these small fixes can make it a lot better.

The location and price is ideal if you are not going to pay a lot to be right on the beach. The room was cute. Had all the essentials for a beach vacation. The owners were so kind. It is dog friendly which was what we were looking for and everyone else staying there was pleasant and kind. All the dog owners was in control of their dogs and careful not to approach others. There's a little yard and it's less than a block to the beach. We hope to go back next year.
