Tidy Inn - Extended stay - Weekly - Clean, friendly and affordable

Location is great but I left 2 different rooms because both had roaches. The owner def tried to make things right but I just can’t deal with that. I was given a refund of my total amount but the payment is pending and may take 3 days, I need another room today so this is very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here if you’re not used to bugs😩 I took 2 videos but for some reason I cannot upload them here.

Tidy Inn is a business that's fraudulent and plays on disabled individuals' circumstances. The owner knows the market is high right now. The owner knows inflation is upon us. The owner doesn't care only for his pockets and lifestyle and livelihood. The pictures on the website are a lie.The maintenance man does an amazing job. I stayed there twice the first time for that many units. I had to speak up for hot water and the hot water heater. The efficiency I was paying $1440 a month. I was there during Hurricane Milton. Tidy Inn office and business sign didn't lose any power, being It's hooked up to the city business grid. The units are on a residential grid that's on the street behind Tidy Inn, which is a business. Every unit was without lights for 5 to 6 days. The office charged

At $400 a week there should be NO roaches, NO dirty bed linens, there should be batteries in the tv remote, and there shouldn't be a filthy, foul smelling bathroom with a ton of baby roaches! Then there were some crazy arguments between neighbors because one of them (a grown man) was saying inappropriate things to a 14 year old girl.The police had to be called. My loved one was desperate for a place to stay and I was going to stay with them last week but I couldn't even relax in that hole in the wall called Tidy Inn (what a joke). This place is horrible in every way and you can find much better, cleaner places for what they charge! If roaches, nasty smells and filth are your thing, this is your place! Very big and cozy rooms, some rooms have a kitchenette and are very clean. The people here that run it are wonderful. Hubby and I have been here for about four months and it's been very welcoming. And they make it feel like home the best they can

They left construction materials outside my door that eventually made it pop off the hinge, THEN they blamed my prized pet getting away on me using phony accounts from their "handy" men. Don't bring your pets, the grounds are dangerous and unguarded.Now they're trying to lie and say I was arguing with my girlfriend and slamming doors?? I can prove that's a lie, I can't wait to see you in court. Also here's a copy of your rules that you violated keeping that garbage outside the door for 6 months (says your employee).
