Tice Motel

Scammers a family member was staying here paid in advance was not able to staying the whole week the manager refused to reimburse, I we would of known we would not need the room for the amount of time, left the room but it's still paid through the 30thso I lost 6 day don't need the room but I did want my days I not staying, what a ripoff scammers will never even think about renting here ever

Unfortunately I had my first experience with a roach motel at this establishment,the Tice Motel. First of all, the room was just down right dirty! As you can see by the pictures, the walls,floors and furniture were coated in sticky grime that roaches had made homes in. I didn't think it could get any worse until I pulled back the sheets and saw bed bugs spring up off of the mattress. Oh,but that's not all...upon entering the bathroom, I noticed an old rusty metal for sale sign on the window sill; apparently put in place as a make shift curtain nailed into the wall...I have never experienced anything so atrocious! The place should have been condemned,not charging $60-$100/night!

LICE,not Tice Motel is a more fitting name-I took an acquaintance there bc they were in a bind & just released from birthing suite earlier&awaiting their housing not avail for 3 more days- I wasn't even staying there yet once owner told us DON'T: use ANY electrical outlets, the fridge & TV DON'T work-We walk in this 10×10 room & were blasted by the smell of moldy filth as we felt our feet becoming wet as our shoes began to soak up overflowing toilet water-SOO DISGUSTING I COULDN'T EVEN ALLOW OTHER PEOPLE TO SUFFER A NIGHT THERE!! The County will be inspecting this place, EVEN if only for faulty & DANGEROUS electrical to occupants, unsuspecting neighboring homes & business bldgs,some only 20-50yards away!! #CondemnThisHealthHazardDrugDen

This is room #11, one of the 12 rooms at this old out of date building. There was no running shower or hot water in the sink or shower at all. It is located in a very high crime area. Highly dangerous illegal drugs can be found at establishment itself on a daily basis, some times with the owner knowledge that it is on his property. Domestic Violence is a regular occurrence and the law enforcement presence and patrols is nearly non existence unless called. I can't see how this place and some of the other motels on Palm Beach Blvd are still in business. $60 for a single, $65 for a double.

I didn't even get the chance to stay there because they refused my service dog. license and all. Now I call the department of justice and get some satisfaction. these middle eastern people believe that they can dictate the laws of this country.
